Venture Consortium LLC was founded in 2003 to create, developed, ad invest in their own private media communication companies across a variety of industries and in certain special situations in the consumer market. The LLC is currently partner invested at this point and is in distribution mode while seeking capital investment for growth expansion in multiple markets. Venture Consortium is backed entrepreneur partners who had the vision, perseverance and integrity to succeed in developing a change media model for the 21st Century and the passion to excel. The partnership has created and invested initially in three early stage private subsidiary companies and one non profit trade association in a specific targeted vertical industry used as the template for others already selected to follow in a diverse universe of industries and markets. . . .

1. We only create and invest in subsidiary companies that we project to be raising enough money in the current raise up to reach profitability without the need to raise additional funds.

2. We focus on industry and markets for developing subsidiary ventures that we believe based on concept and experience have reasonable prospects of generation $100 million in revenues or could return ten times the invested capital by the end of the fourth or fifth year following the investment.

3. We create and invest in our own new venture media subsidiary companies in industries or markets that we have fully researched and based on partnership experience in said industry that we feel we could positively impact those engaged in all aspects of the industry or market with our change model media approach. Since the capital we initially invest is our own, we create within each subsidiary we develop in a given industry or market we engage with our new media model, current and new partner Board of Directors of the subsidiary companies with experience in said industry. We looked to provide our experience and insight to help enhance the value of our investment. To each of our portfolio subsidiary companies, we bring our unique combination of operating experiences and financial expertise as well as access to our extensive network of professional affiliates and contacts.

4. Our plethora of varied expertise is in the financial, operating and marketing areas of business. We only invest in creating subsidiary businesses in well defined industry or markets where we can as quickly as possible leverage our expertise to provide the needed added value the partners experience in said industry or market.

5. We are in it to win, and we only develop partnerships with individuals of specific needed experience to the developed subsidiary companies that have vision and share our mission perspective in said industry or market.
